Grande Prairie youth designed and created two murals in partnership with the Art Gallery of Grande Prairie and Grande Prairie Downtown Association with both murals exploring “Our GP”.

The murals were painted outdoors at the Lawn Bowling Facility in Muskoseepi Park, on an 8’ x 8’ free-standing board during a single full mural-painting day (7–8 hours), allowing the work to be created safely and then moved to its permanent locations downtown in Grande Prairie.

The project emphasized teamwork, creative leadership and community pride while leaving a lasting, visible outcome that reflects student voices.
