On Wednesday’s we rumble

Every Wednesday at 7 pm, just East of the Mewata Armoury lives a place where artists of all ages, backgrounds and styles gather, this is Rumble House.

Rich Theroux runs Rumble House with his partner Jessica Szabo, both school teachers, have never missed a Wednesday while Rumble House has been open.

“We will always be open on Wednesdays even on Christmas,” said Szabo.

At 9 PM they auction off what has created that night 50% of the proceeds go to the artist while the rest goes into paying the bills to keep Rumble House running.

If you watch the auctions, you find that Theroux and Szabo will buy the art and sometimes even give all proceeds to the artist who needs it most.
